Erreicht wird dies durch das Prinzip: “Ein Schnitt, zwei Teile” und durch die parametrische Anpassbarkeit and das verfügbare Material.

Mit diesem Modell fing alles an. Die kreisrunde Sitzfläche bestimmt den Rest der formalen Ausformulierung dieses einfachen Möbels. Klar in Konzept, einfach in der Herstellung und Everlasting.

The One-Plate-Wonder design concept is based on the ideal of „waste-less-ness“ achieved by the principle of „1-cut-2-pieces“ co-authoring a new idea of formal beauty.
The design can be parametrically adapted to the available sheet size.

It all started with this model. The circular seat determines the rest of the formal articulation of this simple piece of furniture. Clear in concept, easy to manufacture and everlasting.

The proportions are optimized for a standard sheet size of 2500 x 1250mm = 7 stools per sheet.
The design can be parametrically applied to any sheet size and material thickness.

With one cut we produce two pieces which means they share a mutual outline. Every decision creates a consequence. An oval table top leads to oval table legs and a radically optimized use of your resources.
